We look for places with the right foundations: a good location, generous light, a building with character and room to become something more. Each one is read through two lenses, design and investment, so we only choose spaces where careful work can make a genuine difference.
Before anything is built, we take the time to see what a space could become. Layout, design concept, materials, budget and timeline are thought through in detail, so that by the time work begins, the difficult decisions have already been made.
Then the vision takes shape. Renovation, construction, interiors and final styling are overseen from the first day to the last, with the same attention given to the structure as to the smallest finish. What remains is a space that is considered, functional and ready for its next chapter.
Patricia holds a Master's in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Barcelona and the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, along with a postgraduate degree in Project Management and Construction from Napier University in the UK.
She recently led design at HKS, one of the world's ten largest architecture firms.
She also invests in Spain's real estate market, with a focus on tourist rentals, long-term rentals and house flipping.
Michael holds a Master's in International Business and a Master of Commerce in Banking & Finance from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Munich.
Over more than fourteen years, his path has included capital markets and consulting at Accenture.
For the past decade, he has worked as an asset manager specialising in fund investments.
Like Patricia, he invests in Spain's real estate market, with a focus on tourist rentals, long-term rentals and house flipping.
